Amteck Shares Some Light

What is the "Share Some Light" Initiative?

As a national electrical contractor, Amteck ‘Shares Some LIGHT’ on a literal basis every day. Today, however, we are hoping to unite and share our own individual lights to brighten the lives of others who have suffered through many dark days. Please join our Amteck Family in helping our neighbors who have been affected by the devastating tornadoes in Western Kentucky.

We’ve already had a number of Amteck employees join the effort as “Boots on the Ground” and are so thankful for those who quickly responded to the needs by giving of their time, tools, and resources.  Many other employees have asked how they can help.  Right now, monetary donations are needed to pay for things like funerals, gas heaters, propane cooking stoves, cleaning supplies, and more.

How can I help?

If you would like to make (or have already made) a monetary donation, thank you!  Now let’s help even more by doubling that donation – click here to donate, then send a copy or screenshot of your receipt to  If you have already donated to another organization (such as the Red Cross, United Way, Kentucky’s disaster relief fund, etc.) send us those receipts as well.  We will add up all the employee donations and then write one check for that amount to Southland Christian Church, who we are partnering with to help serve 83 displaced families. There are also many service opportunities and other ways you can help.  Click Volunteer to sign up!

Individually we are strong.  As a team, we are even stronger – let’s help 'lighten' the load of those suffering … it’s The Amteck Way.
